Today I received the following email from Dan Duty ( Wilson/Duty
Associates) praising the great service he has received from your

I am not sure if this is the correct department to send this to , but
if not please pass on to the correct department or person.

I recently used your site to find some contemporary seating for a retail
application. I placed an order with Outer Limits for a leather
serpentine sofa. My order was rushed through and was completed prior to
the deadline and the quality of the piece met our rather picky
standards. I received personal attention from both owners even when they
were away showing at a market. I would highly recommend the company and
will send business their way whenever I can.

I felt compelled to write this letter of recommendation mainly because
of the many times during the course of business that I find myself
losing my patience with a manufacturer for missing a deadline, poor
quality control, poor packing and most aggravating speaking with someone
in a customer service department that just doesn’t have a clue or really
care about my order. It was refreshing to find a company like Outer
Limits that truly takes pride in their work and honors the power of a
good business relationship.

OL and 220 Elm host the fifth withit event at their High point showroom located in the beautiful 220 Elm building for the fall market with a record breaking number of attendance that included designers from around the country and world.

We were pleasently supprised by the large number of designers as High Point is emracing the designer as a value to their business.”We have always thought of them as heart of our business and now they are 85% of it” says Michael Bellocchio “Director of Operations” and the panel of product designers agree, among them are Barry Dixon , Raymond Waites and Michael Wolk who also designs for OL

A Bold Move Pays Off For OL

OL took a chance and it paid off big time at the Las Vegas show. We wanted to break away from the patterns and standard ground cloths and do something different so we partner with one of our favorite vendors Ultra Fabrics. Together we decided to do the entire showroom in Black and White Brisa. Ultra Fabric has the best polyurthane indoor and outdoor fabric. Time and time again we were told this was the best showroom at the market. Vince Shaffer, the Leasing Director for Building B said that “OL pulled off magic this show”. We knew it was a sucess when people had a suprised look on their face that turned to a smile as they turn the corner of the hall and made their entrance. Look for more magic in our High Point showroom this coming October Market, for now enjoy the snapshots.

Michael Wolk designs a Urban Mod Collection for OL

With several designs in the works, OL and Michael Wolk designs tested the waters at the Las Vegas World Market. The response was amazing. Wolk’s designs were described as sexy and sleek. The Pearl barstool and dining was an instant success along with the Wolker dining chair coming in second. Look for more of the Urban Mod designs by Wolk at the High Point October show.

Stanley Jay Freidman joins OL to design a modern collection

OL featured the first of it’s modern collection designed by Stanley Jay Freidman in Las Vegas during the July market. The Proton is a free-form shape with two peices that works well as one half or a whole. As with most of OL products Proton is a multi-functional piece that can be used in a home or public area in a commerical application.
