IF+D announces that Alabama entrepreneur, Chris Wootton has formed a partnership with Contemporary Concepts LLC., d.b.a. NINI Contemporary of Foley, Alabama to open a large state-of-the-art IF+D facility that will be the epicenter for commercial clientele as well as local design oriented aficionados. Their new entity, GFN Flooring and Design LLC., will be doing business under the name of "IF+D Gulf Shores". NINI Contemporary, representing the very best in modern design, is a unique combination of a full service interior design firm with a retail modern furniture showroom and serves as the only contemporary home furniture + accessories outlet on the Gulf Coast. This new novel move that incorporates the signature IF+D concept of "melding revolutionary flooring with creative furniture" was a natural progression for Chris Wootton and NINI Contemporary's President, Jeanne Gibson. Blending IF+D with the interior design aspect and the well known reputation of NINI, completes Chris Wootton's vision to combine both stylistic individual philosophies into a powerful "one-stop-design-destination".

IF+D has recently forged a strategic partnership with premier Alabama custom home builder, Coastal Homes of Orange Beach. The forthcoming "Tannin Village" is a world class mixed use design project that will incorporate high rise residential condos + custom homes, commercial offices + retail spaces and is the vision of Jeff Schlauder, Coastal's owner + developer. IF+D Gulf Shores will be installing Elesgo® flooring into both a 3,000 sq ft design center to upgrade condo buyers of a "twin tower project" and a 19,000 sq ft, ultra modern 4 bedroom "spec" home inclusive with luxury upscale amenities.

With a perfect location and valuable land recently purchased on the Foley Beach Expressway, Chris + Ms. Gibson are finishing the design of a cutting edge, ultra modern 20,000 square foot mega-showroom that will be the epicenter for cool, hip home design in the Gulf Coast region. IF+D Gulf Shores is two miles from the white sands of Orange Beach and one mile north of the Intracoastal Waterway, a major shipping lane which runs from New Orleans to the Atlantic Ocean.
